What happens in a town when paper making goes away?
That is our question.
Of course, we want to understand what was here first, and that was why we started this project. We documented a running paper mill before it was too late.
This is the Greylock Mill, after the closure. Currently, a marijuana grower is hoping to grow here.
Other buildings are on planning tables too: the Eagle Mill is slated to be developed into housing. Before the COVID 19 hit, the plans were bigger.
